Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–12 days. Most orders are processed within this timeframe, but some orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability, order volume, and other circumstances.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom & New Zealand: 4–10 days

Australia: 6–14 days

Other Countries: 8–20 days

Most orders arrive within these estimated timeframes, but some deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the lost package, and exchanges or refunds will not be provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our website prices do not include customs duties or taxes.

Depending on your destination, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
